Responsibilities
負責甲級商廈水電設備例行巡視、檢查、維修及保養工作；處理緊急情況，跟進承辦商的工作，報告進展；巡視及監控個別單位的裝修改動工程
Requirements
Secondary 5; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Word-processing; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 能獨立處事；具一年或以上屋宇設備維修工作經驗
Employment Terms
$23,000 - $26,000 per month, with Bank Holiday, Medical Insurance, Discretionary Bonus, Overtime Time-off in lieu/Allowance and 進修資助, 7:30AM-4:30PM/2:00PM-11:00PM/10:30PM-7:30AM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, Alt. off
