- Ground and First Floor Plans (Master Ensuite with balcony, 3 ensuite bedrooms, Family lounge, Garage)
- Interior Luxury Living Room 3D design
- Estimated Build Budget Breakdown:
- Construction (structure + roofing + finishes shell): $1.6M - $2.0M USD
- Landscaping, Fountain, Driveway & Boundary Wall: $120K - $180K USD
- Interior Finishes, Lighting, Chandelier & Furniture: $180K - $250K USD

All designs will be stamped as "Designed by Engineer Johnson."
