Build a Real Estate Broker Community App – iOS & Android (Flutter / React Native)

We are looking for an experienced mobile app developer or software development team to design and build **Proxy**, a real estate broker-to-broker networking app launching in Dubai.

The app will work like organized WhatsApp groups, allowing verified real estate brokers to share property listings, client requests, and viewing opportunities across 100+ location-based communities.

**Key Features:**
- iOS and Android applications (Flutter or React Native preferred).
- Broker registration, OTP verification, profiles, and admin approval.
- 100+ communities organized by location, Sale/Rental, and Residential/Commercial.
- Real-time, chat-style community feeds with notifications.
- Structured property posts using predefined fields (area, building, size, floor, etc.).
- Public replies and direct WhatsApp contact.
- Advanced search and filtering within communities.
- Reposting functionality with a 3-day restriction.
- Broker post management.
- Web-based admin dashboard for user approval, community management, and content moderation.
- Scalable and secure backend.

**Deliverables:**
Complete UI/UX design, mobile applications, backend, database, admin dashboard, testing, app store publishing, full source code, and documentation.

**Please include in your proposal:
1. Fixed total development cost with phase breakdown.
2. Estimated completion timeline and milestones.
3. Recommended technology stack.
4. Examples of similar apps you have developed.
5. Post-launch support and maintenance costs.

The app will launch in English, with future Arabic support planned.

Please provide a realistic quote and timeline. A detailed project brief is available for qualified candidates.
