Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle multi-product projects to ensure quality & on-time delivery; coordinate resources, align cross teams and resolve bottlenecks; engage in architecture reviews and technical decisions for system stability; optimize project workflows and KPIs; oversee team hiring

Requirements

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 7 years of experience required; Fluent Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; With 7 yrs or above in R&D,project & team mgmt., proficient in Java & diverse project management methods

Employment Terms

$48,000 - $52,000 per month(oversee development & appraisals; support annual tech planning & budgeting), Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week(With good logic and communication skills)
