Responsibilities

Provide customer service and sales support via answering customer queries (email), mainly from USA and UK; Sales order processing; Maintain customer service related documents and database for internal use

Requirements

Secondary 5; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; With good written & communication skills in English; Welcome fresh graduates

Employment Terms

$15,000 - $17,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu and Double Pay, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
