Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 5 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Proven exp. in M365 T2T migrations,Intune/Autopilot MDM,Entra ID,PowerShell,firewalls/SASE, VLANs/Wi-Fi,MS-102/CCNA certs & clear user support docs
