負責控制食品和人力成本, 處理預測、預算、業務規劃和成本節約, 督導廚房的運作、食物質量控制及制訂菜牌品質標準; 監督乾貨及鮮貨的採購工作; 控制廚房各方面的管理, 以符合集團相關的合規性、安全和衞生的要求; 領導及管理廚房團隊成員的培訓和人才發展, 以促進公司的持續成長

Requirements

Secondary 6; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; 具產品開發及設計日常或特色菜單經驗

Employment Terms

$21,000 - $23,000 per month, with Annual Leave 13 days, Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits, Sales Award, Tips and Year-end Bonus, 10:30AM-11:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
