Responsibilities

負責大廈公共地方及設施之日常維修、保養及檢查 (包括水電、冷氣、消防及泥水等)及緊急突發事故 (如水管爆裂、跳掣)，定期檢查發電機房、水泵房及冷氣機房，協助監督外判承辦商之施工進度及質量

Requirements

Primary 3; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; 熟悉電力/供電系統，能獨立工作

Employment Terms

$24,000 - $26,000 per month, with Medical Benefits, Promotion Opportunity and Incentive Bonus, 10:00AM-8:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
