負責物業內各項維修保養工程; 維持機電系統及所有物業設施運作正常; 監察服務承辦商的服務質素(固定工作地點)

Requirements

Secondary 3; 1 year of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A

Employment Terms

$25,000 per month, with Annual Leave 11 days, Birthday Leave , Discretionary Bonus, Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits and Marriage Leave, 9:00AM-6:00PM,7:30AM-4:30PM or 2:30PM-11:30PM, 5.5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 半天工作4小時
