Responsibilities
負責商廈之機電及中央冷氣系統的日常檢查、操作、預防性及緊急故障維修; 協助監督外判承辦商及初級技術員的工作進度和質素等 (具5年或以上的大廈、商場或商業大廈之機電系統维修及保養經驗)
Requirements
Secondary 3; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; Air-conditioning; 持有電機、機械、屋宇裝備或相關學科的高級文憑、高級證書或技工證書優先
Employment Terms
$27,000 - $30,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Bank Holiday, Discretionary Bonus and Medical Benefits, 9:00AM-6:00PM/8:00AM-5:00PM/2:00PM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 間中需要超時工作
