Responsibilities
負責調查及維修故障的大廈設備以恢復正常運作；與前線人員合作確保提供高效率的維修服務；對各類型大廈設備進行安裝及測試；執行緊急維修工作；進行日常保養、安裝及維修大廈設施
Requirements
Secondary 5; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; 持有效平安咭、持有註冊電工A牌優先；能獨立處理水電、冷氣、油漆、泥水及木工維修工作
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $29,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Double Pay, Good Attendance Bonus $450 per month, Annual Leave 10 days, Birthday Leave 1 day, Medical Benefits and Marriage Leave 7 days, 9:00AM-6:00PM or 11:30AM-8:30PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 長短週
