Senior Property Consultant / Representative

General duties of Property Consultant / Representative, Showing properties to customers, Explaining terms and conditions of sale or rent; Facilitating negotiation between buyers and sellers, proprietors and tenants; Responsible for the sales and leasing of new and used residential properties; serving the customers and after-sales service; Assisting in daily sales work (工作地點: 新都城三期都會豪庭地下)

Secondary 5; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Able to read Chinese ; Estate Salesperson's Licence

Basic Salary with Commission around $18,000 - $20,000 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus, Purchase Discount, Promotion Opportunity and Year-end Bonus, 9:30AM-6:30PM or 12:30PM-9:30PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 7 working hours per day, (2 hours break time)
