Duties

The appointee will be required to:

(a) provide administrative support to the daily operation of the College;

(b) assist in providing secretarial support to various committees;

(c) assist in providing administrative support for the planning and provision of academic programmes and National Education, and related activities in the College;

(d) assist in compiling statistical reports and maintaining databases;

(e) assist in liaising with internal departments and external organisations;

(f) assist in organising seminars, workshops and other promotional events;

(g) assist in maintaining the College website; and

(h) perform any other duties as assigned by the Dean of College or his/her delegates.

Qualifications

Applicants should:

(a) have a recognised degree;

(b) have some relevant working experience, preferably gained in tertiary institutions;

(c) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with fluency in Putonghua;

(d) have good computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing, Photoshop and Illustrator;

(e) have good interpersonal and communication skills; and

(f) be a good team player.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for written and computer tests.

Conditions of Service

A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
