Quick Project for WordPress & Elementor Website Creation

I am looking for a freelancer experienced in WordPress and Elementor to build a four-page + contact page’s website, following the content, structure, layout direction, and design guidelines provided by us for each page. These are not existing pages to be edited or redesigned.

The final result must be a professional, fully functional, responsive website with a premium, modern, editorial-style design and a fully configured automatic translation system.

1. Website Development
• Build the website directly in WordPress using Elementor in our hosting.
• Create the website structure and navigation.
• Design and build the pages using the provided content and guidelines.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all pages.
• Follow the specified typography, colors, spacing, imagery, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Create a professional menu according to the requirements, pages, contact page and footer.
• Optimize the website for a premium, modern, editorial look.
• Ensure responsive layouts for desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile.
• Deliver functional pages, not mockups or screenshots.

The supplied documents must be treated as the creative and structural blueprint for the website. They explain what content belongs on each page and how it should be presented.

2. WordPress Administrator Access Required. The site must have my own WordPress Administrator login with full administrative permissions.
Tasks:
• Create or configure my individual Administrator account.
• Confirm that I can log in independently and access the WordPress dashboard.
• Ensure I can update page content, text, images, headings, links, and other website elements whenever necessary.
• Ensure I can edit the website through Elementor without depending on the freelancer for routine updates.
• Keep the website and its content on my hosting account.
• Provide the necessary login and access instructions before final delivery.

This requirement is mandatory. The project will not be considered complete if I cannot independently access and manage my own website.

3. Automatic Translation Plugin Full Configuration Required.

The website must include a properly configured WordPress translation plugin that supports Spanish and Portuguese, with the ability to add more languages in the future.

The selected plugin must be configured according to the instructions provided, including the following setting:

“Translate Everything Automatically.”

The requirement is not simply to install or activate the plugin. The freelancer must complete the configuration and test the actual translation workflow.

Required functionality
• Configure automatic translation for the entire website.
• Support English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Allow additional languages to be added in the future, subject to the selected plugin's capabilities and licensing.
• Display a language selector that visitors can easily find and use.
• Automatically display the selected language version of the complete page, including available page content and relevant website elements.
• Ensure that visitors do not need to translate individual pages manually.
• Ensure newly created or updated content can be processed through the automatic translation workflow according to the plugin's configuration.
• Allow me to make occasional manual corrections to translations when necessary.
• Test the language selector and translated pages on desktop and mobile.

The visitor must be able to select a preferred language and view the corresponding translated page without requiring the freelancer to translate every page manually.

Use the translation plugin selected or approved previously discuss for this project. If it has not yet been finalized, confirm the plugin and its compatibility before proceeding.

Any paid subscription, translation credits, or additional license costs must be disclosed and approved before purchase, and we will set own account. Do not substitute another plugin or change the required configuration without my approval.

Acceptance requirement: Demonstrate that the automatic translation setting is enabled and that the complete translation workflow works for the available languages. Installing the plugin alone does not satisfy this requirement.

4. Responsive Design & Quality Assurance
Test all the pages on:
• Desktop and laptop.
• Tablet.
• Mobile.
Verify:
• Navigation and links.
• Language selector and translated page display.
• Layout, typography, spacing, and image presentation.
• Contact page and available contact functionality.
• Footer and responsive behavior.
• Elementor editing and WordPress Administrator access.

Correct any issues identified during testing that fall within the agreed scope.

5. Work Process & Communication
• Work directly within my WordPress hosting environment and Elementor.
• Work according to Eastern Time.
• Provide progress updates during the project.
• Communicate access requirements, blockers, or proposed changes promptly.
• Obtain approval before changing the supplied content direction, design requirements, or selected translation plugin.
• Do not consider the project complete until the website and translation system have been tested.

6. Final Deliverables. Before requesting final approval, the freelancer must provide:
1. Four completed and functional WordPress/Elementor pages.
2. Professional navigation, contact page, and footer.
3. Responsive layouts tested on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
4. My own working WordPress Administrator account.
5. A fully configured automatic translation plugin.
6. Spanish and Portuguese translation functionality, with future language additions supported by the selected plugin.
7. The required “Translate Everything Automatically” configuration enabled.
8. Successful tests of the language selector and translated pages.
9. Confirmation that I can independently edit pages, images, and content.
10. A brief handover explaining how to log in, edit pages, and manage the translation system.
7. Completion, Review, Acceptance & Payment Terms

Page-by-Page Review: Each page will be reviewed individually once the freelancer has completed and submitted it for review.
• The freelancer must notify me when each page is ready for review.
• I will review the completed page and provide feedback or request corrections where necessary.
• The freelancer must address the agreed corrections before the page is considered approved.
• Approval of an individual page does not constitute final project acceptance or authorize a partial payment.
• All the pages must be completed, reviewed, corrected where necessary, and approved before the project can be considered finished.

Final Acceptance Requirements: The project will be considered complete only when:
• All the pages are functional and approved.
• Responsive checks have been performed on desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile.
• An individual WordPress Administrator login is working and provides the required access, which has to located in a strategic location of the website.
• The automatic translation plugin is fully configured, tested and properly funtional.
• The “Translate Everything Automatically” setting is enabled as required.
• Spanish and Portuguese translation functionality has been tested, and future language additions are supported by the selected plugin.
• All agreed corrections have been completed, and all required deliverables have been provided.

A design mockup, an installed but unconfigured plugin, or a website that still requires manual translation of each page will not meet the project requirements.

The total project budget is $50 USD. No partial payments or milestone payments will be made.
The full $50 USD payment will be released only after all the pages have been completed, individually reviewed, corrected where necessary, and approved, and all other agreed project requirements have been fulfilled.

Submitting or obtaining approval for an individual page does not entitle the freelancer to partial payment.

The project must be fully completed and approved before final payment is authorized, subject to the applicable platform rules and payment terms.
