Tennessee Dual-Home Septic Plan

I’m finalising the construction package for two new homes on the same parcel in Tennessee and I need a full septic design that I can submit directly to the county and TDEC for permitting. The goal is a single, conventional system that will service both houses jointly and fit within a specific area we’ve already set aside on the site plan.

The work must follow current Tennessee regulations and sizing tables, reflect soil/perk test data (I can supply recent reports), and be drafted in CAD so I can integrate it with the overall civil set. Please include all required calculations for tank capacity, drain-field sizing, reserve area and line lengths, plus any pump or dosing specs should grade demand it.

Deliverables I expect:
• Signed and, if required by the county, professionally stamped design drawings (DWG + PDF)
• Supporting design calculations and soils summary
• A brief narrative describing operation, maintenance and any homeowner responsibilities
• One round of minor revisions after county review, if necessary

Experience with Tennessee codes, TDEC submission standards and conventional field layout is essential. AutoCAD or compatible drafting software is preferred so we can keep everything in the same format.
