Real-Time Avatar Face/Voice Transformation Setup

Install a complete real-time face/avatar and voice transformation setup for Google Meet on my Windows PC within 24 hours after hiring. Maximum total budget: USD 499. OBS Studio is already installed. I use a webcam, microphone and Chrome/Edge. Purpose: protect my biometric privacy using a generated/original avatar or transformed appearance and a non-identifying voice.
Video: webcam -> local real-time face/avatar processing -> OBS Virtual Camera -> Google Meet. Audio: microphone -> local real-time voice transformation -> virtual audio device -> Google Meet. Prefer local processing; disclose any cloud transmission, telemetry, account requirement or license cost before proposing it. Google Meet must receive only the transformed video/audio, with a safe mute/blank fallback if processing fails.
Deliverables: full installation and configuration on my PC, saved presets, simple startup procedure, troubleshooting guide and a live Google Meet demonstration from a second participant's perspective. Verify intelligible speech, synchronized audio/video, stable 30-minute call, restart/reconnection behaviour and no accidental raw camera/microphone output. Confirm hardware compatibility before hiring; specify CPU/GPU/RAM requirements and expected latency.
Your proposal must include: fixed all-in USD price (itemize software licenses and platform fees if applicable), earliest start time and timezone, confirmation of completion within 24 hours after hiring, exact software/architecture, what runs locally versus remotely, relevant completed projects and a genuine real-time demonstration showing both face and voice transformation in Meet. Existing reliable tools may be integrated; custom development is optional. No subscription, paid add-on, hiring or payment will be approved automatically. Please disclose all recurring costs.
