India HR Appointment Setter

I need someone who can consistently book product-demo appointments with senior HR decision makers—HR Managers, CHROs and Directors—in companies across India that have at least 50 employees. My target is straightforward: 10 qualified demo slots every month, and I pay ₹2,500 for each one that meets the qualification checklist we agree on.

You may tap multiple channels to reach prospects. Phone calls will be your primary tool, backed up by LinkedIn outreach and well-timed social-media interactions; feel free to capture leads through Google Ads forms if that shortens the funnel. However you choose to work, the end result must be a calendar filled with confirmed demos that fit the agreed-upon ICP.

What I will provide
• A clear definition of a “qualified demo” (job title, company size, intent signals)
• Basic product knowledge and value props you can weave into your outreach
• Access to my preferred scheduling tool so prospects can lock in their own slot
• Prompt payment—₹2,500 per demoimmediately after each completed session is validated

10 Appointments Flat 25000
15 Appointments Flat 50000
20 Appointments Flat 75000
25 Appointments Flat 100000

What I expect from you
• Daily activity on calls, LinkedIn and social channels, tracked in a simple report
• Clean, accurate prospect data and notes for every booked meeting
• Professional conduct that reflects well on the brand, especially when speaking with C-level HR leaders
• The initiative to refine messaging as you gather feedback from the market

If you already have experience setting B2B appointments in the HR tech, SaaS or similar space and can reliably deliver the 10-demo target, let’s get started.
