Shopify Product Listing Specialist Needed

Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced Shopify product listing specialist to help populate and organise my online store, Aaramya ([login to view URL]), which specialises in Jaipuri bedsheets and home textiles.

The store is already built, and I need a detail-oriented person to upload products, configure variants, organise images, and ensure every listing looks professional and works correctly on the live storefront.

This project may lead to ongoing work as I continue expanding the product catalogue.

Scope of Work

1. Product Upload
- Create new products in Shopify using the images and information provided.
- Add product titles, descriptions, pricing, inventory, and other relevant details.
- Maintain consistent formatting across all product listings.

### 2. Product Images
- Upload and organize all product images in the correct order.
- Ensure each colour variant is linked to the correct image.
- Verify that all relevant images appear correctly in the product gallery on the storefront.
- Maintain consistent image presentation and quality.

### 3. Variants and Inventory
- Configure colour variants correctly.
- Assign the correct image to each colour.
- Set prices, inventory quantities, and SKUs where provided.
- Ensure customers can select the available colours and add products to their cart without issues.

### 4. Product Naming and Brand Consistency
- Follow Aaramya's existing naming conventions and brand identity.
- Use the correct collection names, including the Tantu Collection where applicable.
- Create consistent, professional product titles without duplicating existing product names.
- Follow the product information and naming guidelines I provide.

### 5. On-Page SEO
- Add SEO-friendly product page titles and meta descriptions.
- Create clean, readable URL handles.
- Add relevant product tags and assign the correct Shopify collections and product categories.
- Write or format product descriptions using relevant search keywords naturally.
- Avoid unsupported claims about fabric, materials, or product features.

### 6. Quality Check
Before marking a product complete, verify that:
- All images are uploaded and displayed correctly.
- All colour variants work as expected.
- Product descriptions and sizes are accurate.
- Prices and inventory are correct.
- Products are assigned to the correct collections.
- The product page displays correctly on desktop and mobile.
- The product is published and purchasable when instructed.

## Requirements

- Proven experience managing Shopify stores and uploading products.
- Strong understanding of Shopify product variants, image assignment, collections, and inventory.
- Familiarity with product SEO and e-commerce product descriptions.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to follow an established brand style and naming system.
- Clear communication and reliable delivery.

Please share examples of Shopify stores or product listings you have worked on.

## How We Will Work

I will provide the product images, pricing, relevant specifications, and brand guidelines. The freelancer will upload the products directly into Shopify and check the finished listings.

I prefer to begin with a small paid test batch. If the work is accurate and meets expectations, we can proceed with the remaining catalogue and future product uploads.

Please include the following in your proposal:
1. Your experience with Shopify product uploads.
2. Your price per product or fixed-price quote for the initial batch.
3. The number of products you can upload per day.
4. Your estimated completion time.
5. Examples of similar work.

The priority is accuracy, consistency, and a properly functioning product catalogue—not simply uploading images and text.
