Responsible for overall coordination & management of assigned projects including progress, quality, cost & client relation;Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual requirement;Attend regular site meeting, organize&prioritize work;Monitor overall commercial,contractual & technical matters for all current projects;Control & supervise overall site activities & liaise with client's representatives & subcontractors

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 8 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; (Outdoor work is required when needed)

$32,000 - $48,000 per month(depends on experience), with Annual Leave 12 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave , Medical Insurance, Performance Award and Transport Allowance, Mon to Fri: 8:30AM-5:30PM and Sat: 8:30AM-12:30PM, 5.5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
