Liaise & coordinate with site personnel,client's representatives & sub-contractors to ensure strict adherence to specifications,working procedures & quality control;Manage & oversee the day-to-day site operations including manpower & resources allocation,workflows & monitoring project quality;Handle daily site documents & independently resolve any issues that arise on site;Ensure compliance with safety standards(工作地點視乎工程項目需要而定)

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Word-processing; Microsoft Office; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; With 5 years or above experience in residential, office and hotel fitting-out projects

$35,000 - $45,000 per month (Depends on experience), with Study Allowance, Transport Allowance, Marriage Leave , Annual Leave 12 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave and Medical Benefits, Mon to Fri: 8:30AM-5:30PM and Sat: 8:30AM-12:30PM, 5.5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
