Responsibilities

透過探訪、電話、個別陪伴、協助帶領小組並協助推行社區教育活動，從中分享個人的自我/照顧經驗，支援殘疾/特殊需要人士和他們的照顧者，以及促進社區對他們的認識與接納 (一年合約, 可按期續約)(此職位屬社會福利署津助的家長/親屬資源中心,申請人必須為殘疾/特殊需要人士或其照顧者, 或特殊學校中學畢業)

Requirements

Secondary 3; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; 具社會福利工作經驗或修畢朋輩輔導課程優先; 具良好溝通及基本書寫技巧

Employment Terms

$7,140 per month (工作地點 : (日間服務) 東區或灣仔 - 殘疾人士地區支援中心) , Mon to Sat: 8:45AM-6:30PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, 每週工作22小時; 按服務需要於非辦公時間出勤工作
