Responsibilities

負責各區住宅宿舍之日常水電(換燈具/插座、修水龍頭/水箱、通渠)及一般維修(傢俬、門鎖、窗戶與鉸位), 配合營運主任巡查報告進行針對性修補, 完工後向公司匯報進度與耗用物資

Requirements

Secondary 3; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; 懂基本泥水、油漆補灰、更換門鎖等雜項維修優先

Employment Terms

$20,000 - $23,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day, (如有突發事件, 需超時工作)
