Responsibilities

負責操作、保養及改善大學校園、學生及教職員宿舍內各項屋宇設施, 包括機械、基本冷氣及電器系統; 協助監管承辦商進行系統安裝、維修、保養及改善工程 (2年合約, 可續約) (具車床及打磨經驗優先; 持駕駛執照1/2號優先)

Requirements

No requirement on academic qualification; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Electrical Worker; Electrical Maintenance; 熟悉泳池過濾系統、水泵與消防系統基本操作、維修及保養；具建造業議會認可註冊熟練/半熟練技工資格

Employment Terms

$15,950 - $23,362 per month, with Dental Scheme, Gratuity and Medical Benefits, Mon to Fri: 8:45AM-5:30PM, 5 working days per week, (需要時需輪班工作及作緊急支援)
