Monitor and perform maintenance/repairs for building services, ELV and plumbing systems; Identify defects and ensure all facility components are in good condition; Handle emergency repairs and system breakdowns; Assist in inventory control for materials and equipment; Maintain systematic records of building services; Keep work space tidy and perform other assigned tasks

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/BS Engineering; With Electricity Licence A preferred

$26,000 - $33,000 per month, 7:00AM-4:00PM,2:00PM-11:00PM or 10:30PM-7:30AM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 包括1小時用餐時間;需按需要處理緊急、颱風相關及加班工作
