Responsibilities

一般商廈高級技術員工作, 處理一般物業設施及系統的日常運作, 預防性保養及緊急故障維修工作, 跟進維修進度, 執行上司委派之技術工程工作

Requirements

Secondary 5; 8 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read English ; Word-processing; 具8年或以上大廈保養及維修工作經驗, 具督導經驗優先, 須持有效電工A牌或以上牌照; 懂BMS系統操作

Employment Terms

$24,000 - $28,000 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus $1000 per month, Annual Leave 10 days and Bank Holiday, 7:30AM-11:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
