General duties of Quality Inspector, including inspect quality of fish; Classify & grade fish according to their species & quality; Comment on quality & freshness of fish supply.

Requirements

Secondary 3, 2 Year(s) Experience Required, Little Cantonese, Little Reading and Written Chinese (able to record names and weight of fishes). Knowledge of characteristics of different fish species is required.

Employment Terms

$ 23,090 per month, 8 PM - 6 AM (Meal/rest break at 12 Mid-night - 2 AM), 8 hours working hour(s) per day (no shift work required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
