Responsibilities
為小學生及家長提供諮詢、個案輔導、資源轉介、家長教育及親子活動、定期專業及教師培訓、危機處理及介入等服務, 包括:透過個別面談、電話聯絡、家訪或個案會議, 為家長、學童及學校提供專業個案輔導服務;按家庭及學生需要, 轉介至合適的地區資源或服務, 以提升家庭支援網絡; 提供家長親職教育, 及早識別有需要家庭
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Registered Social Worker; 具3年或以上社工經驗, 有相關兒童、小學工作經驗優先
Employment Terms
$19,800 - $21,600 per month, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 3 working days per week, 8 - 9 working hours per day(需派駐學校工作)
