Manage and train the baking team; Assist in the production of bread and other baked products; Manage the food preparation process and ensure compliance with specified food safety standards; Produce baked products needed daily; Schedule shifts for the baking team; Responsible for managing the quality of products from the Baking Department

No requirement on academic qualification; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; Familiar with baking production process, material and cost control, etc.; With leadership skills and able to handle tasks independently

$25,700 - $34,000 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus, Birthday Leave , Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits, Meal provided, Marriage Leave , Promotion Opportunity and 親聚假, 7:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day, (具相關工作經驗優先)
