Supervise BMS operations, analyze equipment performance and adjust control parameters; Set BMS and PPM schedules for automated periodic testing; Adjust settings for ELV, PMS and lighting control systems as instructed; Monitor MVAC system operations and performance via BMS; Record and distribute information as required; Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; Diploma or above in Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering/IT; With exp. in central AC, ELV, BMS, PMS operations

$30,000 - $33,000 per month, 7:00AM-4:00PM,2:00PM-11:00PM or 10:30PM-7:30AM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 包括1小時用餐時間
