Manage full-cycle tactile paving projects from tendering, budgeting to completion; Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and Mainland suppliers for on-spec quality, safety and schedule; Arrange procurement and material delivery, liaise with authorities for regulatory approval and inspections; Review contracts to avoid commercial and contractual risks, advance digital project workflows and pilot smart paving and LED guidance innovations

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 8 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Professionals in construction, engineering, safety management or related fields pref.; Experience in tendering, administration, contract management

$60,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day, (有需要時需到內地出差工作)
