Coordinate and produce a full set of shop drawings for fitting-out and renovation projects; Communicate with all designers, external furniture vendors and clients to ensure proper production and filing of technical drawings according to company standards; Communicate and liaise with in-house staff,site supervisors, project managers(ess) and clients to meet the technical drawing requirements set by management

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Word-processing; Microsoft Office; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; AutoCAD; (Assist and support the project team in meeting tight schedules for multiple projects)

$17,000 - $25,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave , Medical Benefits, Marriage Leave , Other Allowances/Benefits and Performance Award, Mon to Fri: 8:30AM-5:30PM and Sat: 8:30AM-12:30PM, 8 working hours per day, 5.5 working days per week
