Liaise with front-line staff & follow up on all aspects of fitting-out projects such as material handling, site coordination, administrative support, quotation preparation, purchasing and follow-up procedure, etc.; Coordinate & collaborate with subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations; Assist the QA / QC team in implementing company policies; Assist in ad hoc assignments when required

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Word-processing; Microsoft Office; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; AutoCAD; Willing to work on-site; Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience may be considered as Project Trainees

$15,000 - $18,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave , Medical Benefits, Other Allowances/Benefits, Performance Award and Transport Allowance, Mon to Fri: 8:30AM-5:30PM and Sat: 8:30AM-12:30PM, 9 working hours per day, 5.5 working days per week, (工作地點視乎工程項目需要而定)
