Liaise & coordinate with site personnel,client's representatives & sub-contractors to ensure strict adherence to specifications,working procedures & quality control;Manage & oversee the day-to-day site operations including personnel allocation,site inspection & progress monitoring;Handle daily site documentation & independently resolve any issues that arise on site;Ensure compliance with safety standards

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Word-processing; Microsoft Office; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; 5 years or above experience in the fit out of residential, office & hotels projects

$35,000 - $45,000 per month(depends on experience), with Annual Leave 12 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave , Medical Benefits, Marriage Leave , Study Allowance and Transport Allowance, Mon to Fri: 8:30AM-5:30PM and Sat: 8:30AM-12:30PM, 9 working hours per day, 5.5 working days per week, (工作地點視乎工程項目需要而定)
