Assist PM in project follow-up, materials, and logistics; Supervise fitting-out and site works to meet schedules; Coordinate with sub-contractors on specs, QC, and drawings; Update drawings, site memos, RFI, and CFI documents; Manage document submissions, procurement, and site works; Attend site meetings and liaise with the main contractor; Handle ad hoc duties as required

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; AutoCAD; Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawings and construction documentation; Familiar with Revit and BIM software pref.

$23,000 - $30,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave , Medical Benefits, Marriage Leave , Other Allowances/Benefits, Performance Award, Study Allowance and Transport Allowance, Mon to Fri: 8:30AM-5:30PM and Sat: 8:30AM-12:30PM, 5.5 working days per week
